By accessing or using Hypergate, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration and billing information and to keep it current.

Paid features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases and through web billing flows where permitted. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may differ by purchase channel.

App Store subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple. Web subscriptions are governed by the billing terms presented at checkout.

You may not misuse Hypergate, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or use the product to infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for the service or other users.

Hypergate and its associated software, branding, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service.

You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, and display that content to operate the service.

Hypergate provides informational and entertainment-oriented experiences. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
